J. Eric Barnes – Founder & CEO

Eric brings a rare combination of skills as both a successful entrepreneur and tenured management executive.  Most recently, he founded Ivysport (www.ivysport.com), the Ivy League’s successful clothing and licensing brand.  Previously, he served as CEO of Kore Partners, a major technology development firm behind many major media Internet initiatives, including Interscope’s Farmclub.com, Mattel’s PlanetHotWheels.com, and EMI Music’s global digital extranet.  Eric has held management positions with EMI Music and Home Box Office where he fused strategy, new business development, and the application of new technology to traditional media.  He began his career as an investment banker with Smith Barney and management consulting with Alpha International Management Group.  Eric is a founding board member of the Producers’ Guild of America New Media Council, graduated magna cum laude from Princeton University and holds an MBA from the Stern School of Business at New York University.


Paul Shustak – COO and Co-founder

Paul has fifteen years experience in consumer product strategy, design, development and marketing. Most recently, he was Group Product Manager at Adobe Systems’ Creative Suite Business Unit, where he led online services strategy and the development of new services. Previously, he was Senior Product Manager for digital music at Sony, where he led the development of the Sony Connect online and mobile music services and assisted with the development of mobile music devices.  Prior to Sony, Paul held senior marketing and product management positions at Microsoft, including the Encarta, MSN and Windows groups. There, he developed pioneering online properties with brands such as Jean-Michel Cousteau and NPR’s CarTalk and helped develop the groundbreaking Media Center PC. Paul holds a BA from Purchase College, an MBA from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, and a Masters in Interactive Telecommunications from New York University.
