How do I place an order?
It's quick and easy with our one-page checkout! Just browse the products in the KOR shop and click the "Add to Cart" button after placing your choices for color, size, quantity, etc. When you're ready to order, click "Checkout" on the top right of the page. You may then review your items, input your details, and submit your purchase.
How do I set up a KOR online account?
An account at KOR is helpful to track your past and present orders or update any of your saved information for faster shopping in the future. To set one up, you'll either be prompted to start one upon checkout, or you may click "Login" at the top right of the page, where you can follow instructions to create a new account.
Can I change or cancel an order once I've placed it?
Absolutely. If your order hasn't shipped, we can easily change or cancel your order. Just call Customer Care at toll-free 877-708-7567 and they'll be happy to assist you!
If your order is already on its delivery route, you can cancel it, but you must pay for the shipping cost. The remainder of your balance will be credited back to your credit card.
If you want to cancel your order and you have already received it, you must pay for the shipping cost to send it back to our warehouse.
What happens if an item is backordered?
We strive to maintain a deep inventory on all products we carry. Occasionally, an item may run short and take 3-4 weeks to replenish. If this happens to you, we'll e-mail you a notification that an item in your order is backordered and that we'll place a hold until stock is replenished, as well as provide an estimated date of shipment. We thank you in advance for your patience and intention to support important water causes with KOR!

Which payment methods do you accept?
KOR accepts the following:
- American Express
KOR does NOT accept the following as payments:
- CODs (collect on delivery)
- Layaway plans
- Money orders
- Chocolate chip cookies (however, we will graciously accept them as gifts)
Is my transaction secure?
Yes, KOR uses SSL technology to encrypt all transactions. No personal information can be seen or intercepted by a third party.
Why was my card declined?
Please double check that the following was inputted correctly: card number, expiration date, and security code. Also, the billing name and address you entered MUST match your credit card statement exactly or else we cannot authorize the card. If you're still encountering issues, please contact your bank/card issuer.
When will I be charged?
You will be charged immediately upon placing your order.
How do I know you've received my order?
Once you place your order, we'll send a confirmation e-mail to let you know we've received it. We'll also e-mail you again when your items are on their way to you so you know when to expect them.
Using Discount Codes and Vouchers
How do I use a voucher code?
First and foremost, please carefully read the terms and conditions stated on the deal page from which you purchased the voucher as it is your responsibility to use them before the expiration date and understand what the shipping and product terms are. KOR will not honor the promotional value after the voucher has expired.
Using your voucher code is like using a payment card. Simply add items to the shopping bag, then proceed to the One-Page Checkout. Paste your code in the Coupon Code box and submit. A notification will appear to confirm that your voucher has been applied and the order review will reflect the discount. Any outstanding balance can be paid using your credit card. Congrats on scoring a deal!
